Closing a Sample Issuance

Closed sample issuances cannot be imported into Order Fulfillment and Sample Return for warranty purposes.

Closed status in Britana is considered a valid transaction. User can close a sample issuance manually if he did not intend to fulfill the remaining items. It is possible to close a sample issuance if the status is already Fully Fulfilled.

If the user has an authority to close the sales quotation, CLOSE button appears. Otherwise, there is NO close button.
